After a quiet weekend of racing, there are a few changes on this week’s JRN Media Poll, sponsored by WinTech and King Racing.

With only limited racing among unranked Florida schools, the pollsters are still operating more on rumour than demonstrated speed. As such, the tight field has had some movement with Princeton and Yale swapping spots in fourth and fifth. A few more teams have swapped places further down the rankings with UC San Diego entering the poll this week at number 19, as our panel reflected further on their strong performances on Redwood Shores.

While movement at the top remains largely driven by rumours, the Cardinal invite at Oak Ridge gave us our largest clues of the season so far. Duke rise two places after going undefeated across the weekend, with Indiana also rising a place on the back of their showing. Thunderstorms robbed us of a full picture of the eight programmes stack up against each other, but North Carolina’s overperformance ha them bubbling just below the top 20.
