This category is not stacked with entries, possibly due to other boats being entered in adult categories and contains two St Pauls crews which look to be two matched eights. Apart from that there are only single school entires.
The St Pauls crews look to be two matched eights. I have deduced this as their entry names had reasonably similar times at the Sculler’s head of the river. One of these boats may contain Parish, who took out a win here in J16 1x at the long distance sculls earlier. But I would expect them to feature strongly the category.
Latymer have one eight entered which could be comprised of their scullers who recorded decent performances at Hampton Small boats head. However a good top eight from Latymer could definately beat two matched crews.
The same can be said for the Shiplake crew. They had some strong results last year and again a top eight from one of the major junior rowing centers could definatley be up there for a win.
Sir William Borlase are also likely to field a good boat but they are more commonly as sculling school and this could help them with the boat moving ability and possibly see them up there.
